Withdrawals are stored negative and are shown here as a positive magnitude; “Net in” is the operator’s cash position on that player and is computed on the stored sign. Opening and closing are the balances at the window’s edges, each split into real money and bonus — only the real part can be withdrawn. They are built per wallet and summed: a player owns six, and the three balance pockets on a transaction belong to the one wallet it touched. Residual is net in − GGR − (closing − opening) and should come to nothing; what is left is the excluded transaction types, shown as “Unexplained” once those are allowed for. A large unexplained figure is a finding, not a fault — it says money moved through channels this report does not show. Agent adjustment is real, withdrawable money an agent moved in or out; it is not a bonus. The reason field is null on every such row, so the data records that it happened and never why. Amounts are unitless: every wallet carries the same currency id and the currency lookup was never granted.
